Beyond Juicery + Eatery is committed to supporting our neighboring communities!  Our Fuel Up for Funds program allows the local community to not only enjoy a fresh meal, but also help local organizations raise money for great causes that matter to our franchise partners, employees and guests.  It’s a fresh and easy way for your organization to earn 20% of all sales from online and in-store fundraising.  We believe in positive energy and working together within our community to accomplish great things!  That’s why we go beyond to engage with and support our local communities…it’s who we are!

How it Works 

  1. Submit an Application: Provide information about your organization so that we can determine your eligibility. A valid W-9 and Acceptance of our Terms & Conditions is required.
  2. Schedule your Time + Location: Upon approval, a member of our Community Engagement team will reach out to schedule a Fuel Up for Funds date and time that works for your organization and the selected Beyond Juicery + Eatery location. Fundraisers are scheduled Monday – Thursday only, and availability varies by location. Events can be scheduled up to six months in advance.
  3. Promote your Event: Once your fundraiser is scheduled, you will receive a custom flyer to promote your event. We encourage you to share this flyer with your organization, family, and friends through email, social media, and other digital sharing methods in order to promote your fundraiser.  Printable flyers are also available. Organizations are responsible for all printing, distributing, and digital promoting.
  4. Order In-Store or Online for Pick-up: Invite friends and family to order in-store or online from your selected location. Guests are required to show a flyer in store (paper or digital from any device) or enter a unique promo code online to associate the purchase with the fundraiser.
  5. Receive your Donation: A member of our Community Engagement team will contact you with sales generated from your Fuel Up for Funds event within 2 business days. Checks will be issued and mailed to the entity listed on W-9 only. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for processing before you receive your donation.
