Bibimbap Skillet

Step by step instructions


1 – Sesame Ginger Salad

4 oz – Cooked Rice

1 – Egg

1/2 Tbs – Cooking Oil

2 – Large Skillet or Pan

Cooking Utensil



Step 1: Place cooked rice (approx. 3/4-1 cup) in a serving dish and set aside.

Step 2: Heat 1 Tbs of oil on medium heat for 1 minute in a pan.

Step 3: Remove side of Sesame Ginger Dressing from Salad.

Step 4: Add kale, spinach, carrots, broccoli, edamame, almonds, and onions to your hot skillet, mixing frequently for 1-2 minutes or until wilting begins; reduce heat to low

Step 5: Add Sesame Ginger dressing to pan, mix thoroughly.

Step 6: Place contents over the cooked rice from step one.

Step 7: Fry or poach an egg as desired, place the egg on top of your rice and veggie mixture, garnish with Sriracha or Gochhujang for added spice.

Pro Tip: Add your favorite (Tofu, Chicken, Pickled Ginger, Kimchi)
